Any manufacturing defects occur within 30 days of the date of being received, deerobust is obliged to replace the rim(s) and pay for the shipping cost.

Any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 3 years, deerobust is obligated to replace the rim(s), but you would be responsible for the shipping cost.

We may choose to send you a more robust version at our discretion. If the rim you purchased is no longer available, we'll upgrade you to the latest equivalent model at no additional cost.

This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the initial purchaser of the product only.

Any problem found on the warranty replacement should be claimed within 7 days after it is received, otherwise, it is viewed as settled. The warranty period applies to the original date of purchase and does not reset with a replacement rim.

1. If the wheels have quality problem due to the manufacturing defects occur on rims within 30 days of the date of delivery, deerobust is obliged to replace the rim(s) and pay for the shipping cost. Besides, customers will be compensated with $30 to rebuild the wheels at their local bike shop. As the assembly fee differs from bike store to bike store, the difference shall be undertaken by customers if the actual cost incurs is higher than $30.

If the wheel(s) are not used when the manufacturing defects occur within 30 days, and you would like to have new wheel(s) for replacement instead of rebuilding the wheel(s) locally with the rim replacements we offer, we will ask you to send back the wheel(s) that has problem (Customers will be compensated with $60 at most for sending back the package). We will reship the order within 15 working days after the returned package is received.

2. Any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 3 years, deerobust is obligated to replace the rim(s). But you would be responsible for other expenses incur.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Crashes and accidents.

2. Misuse of the product, heat damage (typically caused by the wheel sitting too close to the vehicle exhaust), non-compliance with manufacturer specifications of usage, or any other fractious reasons.

3. Spokes, nipples, or wheel building issues if the wheel(s) were NOT built by deerobust.

4. Normal wear and tear (spokes, nipples, pawls, bearings, rim tape, decals, stickers etc.)

5. Improper assembly or maintenance by an unauthorized technician.

6. Installation of parts, accessories or tires not originally intended for, or not compatible with the rims/wheelset as sold.

7. The strongest spokes that can be used on our rims are double butted 2/1.8/2mm. Straight gauge 2mm straight gauge spokes are not allowed to be used on our rims or there is no warranty (they are too stiff to use with carbon rims).

8. Damage or deterioration on the surface finish or appearance which has no effect on the function.

9. Damages caused by natural disaster.

Warning: If you do not follow these guidelines, the warranty will be void.

1. Use brake pads for carbon rims only. Change brake pads when wear is indicated.

2. Use high pressure rim tape for clincher wheels.

3. Clean rim surface and brake pads before you use your wheels.

4. Exceed the maximum tire inflation pressure recommended. Road: 130psi; MTB: 65psi
