Getting a refund on PayPal can be as quick as the same day the refund is issued if you paid with your PayPal balance, But it can also be potentially as long as 30 working days if you paid with a credit or debit card.

Amendments to your order are not always possible once your order has been submitted or after your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been submitted, it is processed through our order processing department(OPD) straightaway to guarantee on-time shipping. If the product you order is in stock, our warehouse will ship them out within 2 working days. If not, OPD will arrange production right away. Once the order is under production, order amendment will be impossible.
If you would like to alter your order, please send us email as soon as possible before shipping. And OPD will check the order status for you. If the order is not under production, we will amend the order for you.
